Our City & Guilds approved Level 4 Retrofit Assessor training is an intensive course delivered face-to-face over Zoom. There are no entry requirements for the qualification itself, however you will need to be a Level 3 existing-dwelling DEA to produce EPCs as part of the retrofit assessment process.
